Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed because we believe in the products we sell. Items may be returned uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the return instructions below. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

So that we may issue your refund, please make sure of the following:

  • All returned products must be in resaleable condition
  • Make sure there are no scratches, dents, or other defects
  • If the item is installable, return before attempting to install. Previously installed products are non-refundable
  • Make sure to repack the item in it's original packaging
  • Make sure the original packaging is in good condition and that there is no writing or labels, unless they were present before you received the item

Exceptions

  • In most cases clearance items DO NOT qualify for return unless they are found to be defective
  • Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s)
  • Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of receiving your product(s).
  • All returns must be over $15 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.

Some items that Expressions sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special order item by contacting or calling us it may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. When you call, we will notify you of any applicable return charges. If the item is defective or damaged, we will issue a credit in full or send you a replacement product if it’s still available for purchase. Please call our customer service number if you are uncertain about any part of our return policy or if you have any unanswered questions.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable for items purchased online. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Expressions will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for UPS pick up and or inspection.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for return shipping expenses at our discretion. Expressions may only reimburse you for the ground shipping expense that was charged for shipping the item(s) originally to you. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.


How to make a Return

Because of the nature of the wide variety of products we make available along with certain inventory exceptions, there may be special circumstances involved in fulfilling returned merchandise requests. To request a return, follow these steps.

  • Contact us by telephone or send an email to customerservice@expressionsdecor.com to process your return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Once you have set up your return by phone you will be e-mailed an RMA number within 5 business days. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return a product to us without an RMA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. It is recommended to return products in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials.
  • We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Only items purchased from ExpressionsDecor.com are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or PayPal account only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
